Data controller
The party responsible for processing your data is Fausto Chirino, Mendoza, Argentina. Any question about this policy can be sent to hola@clientflow.lat.
What data we store
Your email, to identify your account.
The data you enter in the application: clients, projects, tasks and payments. All of it is entered by you — ClientFlow does not obtain it from any other source.
Where your data is hosted
We use Supabase as our database and authentication infrastructure. The Supabase servers for this project are hosted in the United States.
How we protect your data
Each user can only access their own data: isolation is enforced in the database (row-level security policies in PostgreSQL), not just in the interface, and is covered by automated tests.
All communication between your browser and ClientFlow is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are never stored in plain text: Supabase Auth stores them hashed.
System keys and credentials are not part of the application's public code and are restricted to the server.
Payments
Pro plan payments are processed by Polar, which acts as Merchant of Record. We never see or store card numbers or any other payment details — that information stays on Polar's side.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits in aggregate (page views, country, device). It uses no cookies and does not identify individual people.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the providers that make the Service work: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (application hosting and analytics) and Polar (payment processing). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request the deletion of your account and your data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to hola@clientflow.lat.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy in the future. If we make a significant change, we will let you know by email or inside the application.
