Who we are

ClientFlow is developed and operated by Fausto Chirino, based in Mendoza, Argentina. These terms govern your use of the ClientFlow web application (the "Service"). By creating an account, you accept these terms.

What ClientFlow is

ClientFlow is a CRM built for freelancers: it lets you record clients, projects, tasks and payments so you can track your work in one place.

Your account

You create an account with your email and a password. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Plans and payments

ClientFlow offers a Free plan with usage limits and a Pro plan (monthly or yearly) without those limits.

Pro plan payments are processed by Polar, which acts as Merchant of Record: Polar invoices and charges you, not us. ClientFlow does not store card numbers or any other payment details — all of that stays entirely on Polar's side.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for; after that your account automatically returns to the Free plan (your data is not deleted).

Account deletion

If you want to delete your account and your data, write to us at hola@clientflow.lat. We do not yet offer self-service deletion inside the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms in the future. If we make a significant change, we will let you know by email or inside the application.

Acceptable use

You may use ClientFlow to manage your own work. You may not use it for illegal activities, to upload third-party data you have no right to, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Availability and liability

ClientFlow is an evolving product maintained by a single person. We do our best to keep it available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. The Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for losses arising from its use beyond what the law requires.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your own backups of any information you consider critical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the Province of Mendoza, Argentina.
